When you purchase a plugin, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that plugin according to the product license terms.
Restrictions

- You may not remove copyright notices or ownership information.
- You may not use the services for unlawful activity.
Refunds
Each plugin includes a 3-day full trial from first launch so you can evaluate before buying. Digital licenses are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where Australian Consumer Law (or other mandatory law) requires otherwise. Contact hello@surgenceaudio.com if a purchase did not complete or a license was not issued.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surgence Audio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or plugins.
